Webcam
The webcam images are taken with a Logitech webcam pointing southwest overlooking a beach on the outskirts of Malaga. The beach is one of the better ones in the area, usually not overcrowded and mainly used by locals.

Live weather feed
A PC is connected to a weather station from Davis model "Vantage Pro". It  provides a live Malaga weather channel with measurements of:

1. Temperature
2.  Dewpoint
3.  Humidity
4.  Wind speed
5.. Wind direction
6.  Pressure
7.  Rainfall

Daily statistics are stored and can be retrieved on request.

The Weather Forecast

This is independently produced twice daily throughout the year (assuming no computer mishaps). The information is based on many years of experience in the field, and is aided considerably these days by the wide variety of forecast information now available on the internet. Although only two forecasts are routinely issued per day, updates are issued at any time when the forecast appears to be in error, or is expected to go wrong.
